This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which bookings made through SlipInHolidays may be cancelled and refunded. By booking any travel service through our website, you agree to the conditions stated below.

All cancellations and refunds are subject to the policies of hotels, transport providers, and activity operators involved in your booking.

A booking is considered confirmed only after:

  • Receipt of full or partial payment, and

  • Confirmation from the respective service providers

SlipInHolidays reserves the right to cancel any booking if payment is not completed within the specified time.

03. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or official communication channels.

Cancellation charges may apply as follows:

  • Before trip commencement: Cancellation charges depend on supplier policies

  • After trip commencement: No refund will be provided

  • No-show: No refund will be applicable

Each hotel, transport service, or activity may have different cancellation rules, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

Refunds, if applicable, are processed based on the following conditions:

  • Refund eligibility depends on supplier approval

  • Refunds are issued only after SlipInHolidays receives the refunded amount from suppliers

  • Service fees, processing charges, and bank charges are non-refundable

  • No refund for unused services, meals, sightseeing, or activities

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.

05. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds typically take 7–14 working days after approval

  • Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment gateways

  • SlipInHolidays is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions

06. Force Majeure

In case of unforeseen events such as natural disasters, weather conditions, government restrictions, strikes, or pandemics:

  • Refunds will be processed as per supplier policies

  • SlipInHolidays will assist in rescheduling or alternative arrangements where possible

  • Full refunds are not guaranteed in force majeure situations

07. Amendments & Changes

Any changes to confirmed bookings, such as date modifications or service upgrades, are subject to availability and additional charges.

Change requests must be made well in advance and are not guaranteed.

08. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services may be marked as non-refundable, including:

  • Discounted or promotional packages

  • Peak-season bookings

  • Specific hotels, activities, or transport services

Such terms will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

09. Limitation of Responsibility

SlipInHolidays acts only as a facilitator between customers and service providers. We are not liable for losses incurred due to supplier cancellations, delays, or service disruptions beyond our control.
