Terms & Conditions – SlipInHolidays Travel Services

General Conditions

  • Prepaid SIM cards may not function in certain remote or high-altitude areas of Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, or nearby regions. Only postpaid connections generally work in such locations.

  • Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs (2:00 PM) and check-out time is 11:00 hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and hotel policies.

  • In case the hotels mentioned in the itinerary are unavailable, SlipinHolidays reserves the right to arrange alternate accommodation of a similar category, after discussion with the client.

  • The cab provided will operate strictly as per the confirmed itinerary. Vehicles are not at disposal beyond the agreed tour program unless specified.

Complaints and Service Issues

  • Any complaint related to hotels, transport, sightseeing, or other services must be reported immediately during the tour so that corrective action can be taken on the spot.

  • Complaints raised after completion of the tour will not be eligible for refunds or reconsideration.

Booking Confirmation

  • To initiate a booking, clients must confirm their selected package via email, WhatsApp, or phone.

  • Upon written confirmation from hotels, houseboats, or service providers, SlipinHolidays will issue a booking acknowledgment.

  • All bookings remain tentative until the required booking amount is received.

  • Failure to make payment within the stipulated time may result in automatic cancellation without prior notice.

Payment Terms

  • A minimum of 30% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.

  • The remaining balance must be cleared at least 10 days prior to arrival.

  • For 4-star and 5-star hotels, full payment may be required before confirmation.

  • Payments made via credit or debit card will attract a 3.6% bank charge.

  • Hotel and service provider cancellation policies will be strictly followed.

  • A service charge of 10% may apply on the total package cost, where applicable.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations or modifications requested by the traveler will be governed by the cancellation policies of hotels, transporters, and service providers.

  • Date changes or itinerary modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per supplier rules and timelines.

Vehicle Policy

  • In case of vehicle breakdown, travelers may need to wait until repairs are completed or an alternative vehicle is arranged.

  • SlipinHolidays will make reasonable efforts to minimize inconvenience but shall not be liable for delays caused by technical issues.

Traveler Responsibilities

  • Travelers are responsible for their personal safety, luggage, and valuables throughout the journey.

  • SlipinHolidays shall not be liable for loss, theft, injury, accident, or damage to personal belongings.

  • Guests must strictly follow local laws, customs, and regulations. Carrying illegal substances or engaging in prohibited activities is entirely the traveler’s responsibility.

Liability Disclaimer

  • SlipinHolidays acts only as a travel facilitator and agent for hotels, transporters, and other service providers.

  • We do not own or control these services and are not responsible for delays, cancellations, injuries, losses, or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control.

  • No refunds or compensation shall be provided for force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, roadblocks, government actions, or unforeseen operational issues.

Policy Updates

SlipinHolidays reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be published on our website and will apply to all bookings made thereafter.
